Frequently Asked Questions
Get answers to common questions about our mobile phlebotomy services.
Do you accept physician lab orders?
Yes, we accept all valid physician lab orders. You can bring your physical requisition form or have your doctor’s office send it to us directly.
Can you draw and ship specialty kits?
Absolutely! If you have a specialty kit from a specific lab, we can perform the blood draw for you. We carefully review the kit’s requirements for centrifugation, cooling, or specific shipping protocols, and we’ll make sure it’s shipped out the same day.
How fast can you schedule an appointment?
We prioritize efficiency! In many cases, we can schedule a same-day appointment or have a phlebotomist at your location within 24 hours. The fastest way to secure a slot is through our online booking portal or by calling us directly.
Do you bill insurance for the service?
Our mobile phlebotomy service fee is typically paid out-of-pocket at the time of service. However, your laboratory tests will be billed to insurance per their usual process. We provide transparent pricing upfront.)
How do you handle specimens to ensure quality?
We follow strict clinical guidelines for every draw. Each specimen is labeled immediately at the bedside to prevent errors. We use temperature-controlled transport containers—utilizing coolants or heating packs as required—to maintain sample integrity from the moment of collection until it is logged into the processing laboratory.
